Not sure exactly what you are asking.... if you buy something here, there are quite a few ways you can pay directly.....

People from a particular country are watching Youtube videos (or some other videos) that tell them they have a better chance of selling here if they post to the forums, so this question and a few others get asked about a dozen times a week. Unfortunately, they're all being fooled, because their country doesn't allow them to accept payments into a PayPal account, and they'll never be moved into Managed Payments, so they can't sell here anyway.

     In SriLanka, you can use PayPal to purchase only or like you say " buy directly".

     But you cannot Receive funds thru PayPal in your country due to your banking laws. So legally you cannot sell on ebay but you may buy. Just make sure that the seller will ship to your country.
