what is the most recommended payment method on e bay ?

For buyers right now the best method is still PayPal. Other methods are credit/debit cards. Apple Pay, Google Pay and whatever else the the eBay site that you are using allows.

If you are wanting to become a seller, you'll have to figure that out based on your country. Sellers in Sri Lanaka can NOT currently, legally except PayPal.

Not for you guys from Sri Lanka, you can't get paid using Pay Pal.

Pay Pal, and until Sri Lanka can accept payments by Pay Pal, you can't sell here.
