payment issues

hello

I am having issues making payment as for some reason i get an error saying i should check my payment details. I have tried even with different banks i get same error  and paypal saying not allowed to use the cards as well.

any ideas where i am going wrong?

Your seller may not ship to your country. eBay won't let you pay if that is the case. Review the listing and verify that your country is not excluded. You can also contact the seller to see if they ship to your country. If SA is not excluded, there may be a problem with currency conversion.  The other possibility is you being a new buyer. New buyers are limited on how much they can purchase at first. Is it a high priced item?  Go to Help & Contact above and search Buying Limits.

If you haven't already done so, you should register your CC with eBay in Account>Payment Options.
