I checked with my card institution and I have funds and no block on my card..... Cant figure out whats going on.
Ive used multiple cards, and the same thing......anybody here with same issues? How didi you resolve?

Couple of questions to help understand you problem a little better:
Are you using PayPal?
Do you have a PayPal account?
Did you try using a different browser, or are you trying to pay through the phone app?
Did you try adding the item to your shopping cart or was this an auction?
Is the seller located in the US?
Do you have a buying limit on your account?
Have you tried contacting eBay? Call back link at the bottom of this page.

I have a solution! I had and still have the same problem. When I try to pay on the regular US eBay site, it just goes in circles and tells me to choose my payment method... again and again. I talked to eBay off and on for 3 days and they were no help. They actually told me I needed to check with my "financial institution".... because they could not solve the problem and they wanted me off the phone.....
Here's the solution: You have to go to the Canadian eBay site at this link: ebay.ca then go to your Purchase History, find you item you bought, enter your credit card there and it will go through.
This is still the only way I can pay. Nothing else works.

it is not you or your bank ! It is just ebay with a mangled payment glitch ! Not good for buyer or seller !! Good luck to you
