i purchased some lights from a seller on the 4th and later read some bad feedback about people not getting their package etc and decided to cancel however apparently it was too late to cancel even though it says it hasn’t been shipped or posted. I tried contacting the seller but they won’t respond back. I’ve sent numerous respectful texts asking for reasurance if the package has been shipped. I’m confused on if it’s been shipped or not. What should i do? Just wait?

In the listing you saw an estimated delivery date.  If your purchase has not arrived by that date, you can open an item not received case and you have 30 days to do that with eBay.

It would be a good idea for you to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers. 

In the future, hope you'll do any investigating of any seller before committing to purchase.

BTW, there is no eBay requirement that a seller respond to buyers' inquiries.

Just wait for the arrival of your package and, if that does not happen, follow the suggestion above.
