new selling fees...more than listed??

Hello all, a question. With this new selling plan{ linking bank accounts }, it seems that the selling fee percentages have increased. example..I just sold an item{cymbal} for $270, with free shipping of$13 . Got an email today saying funds were transferred to account, $213.16. Now 270-13=257...so now my selling fee is $41.?? that equals almost 15 %, So, has the fees gone up, or are they deducting something else not actually explained??

Rough math here.. Did you use available payment funds to buy your shipping label? 

$270 x 12% appx =32.40  + 13.00 for shipping label = 45.40  $270- 45.40 = 224.60 but was there also tax?

This is extremely rough estimate math but it looks like they did it correctly. 

I'm sure somebody can get it closer then I.

Under managed payments Ebay fees are 12.55% for most categories plus 30 cents. No Paypal fees.

With Paypal you had a 10% Ebay fee in most categories plus a 2.9% plus 30 cents Paypal fee.
