I need to know where my payment of $253 is, The customer has already received item. It showed yesterday payment was on hold now today it is not there and I can not find out where it is. Can someone please help me? You can contact me by phone or email.

These boards are not manned by eBay employees, just other users like you. If you go to Payments in the Sellers Hub, you should be able to see the payments status. If it is no longer on hod, it may be on it's way to your bank.
