I am trying to set up managed payments, and it keeps telling me that I need to verify my bank account, yet it is the same one they've been taking my monthly fees from for years. Has anyone had this same problem?

The verification is for Ayden who is the new Paypal. If you have already given MP your bank info:
4. Open the verify your account message on your seller hub page. Ignore |
the bank info. Go to the right side and send them one document with the |
following: a copy of a voided check on white background (first) and the |
front page of your bank statement (second). |
