managed payments registration link not showing up but deadline passed / no way of selling now what?!

I got the invite from eBay to register for Managed Payments and if I didn't do so they would block my seller account by July 10th. The problem is... the link in the email doesn't work (it just goes to the Payments page without registration button on it)... so now I can't register and can't sell... nice one...

anybody also had this?

I've contaced eBay last week and they say I haven't been invited yet. So now I have the situation eBay customer support says: you're not invited but I do have  a block on my account because they force me to register which I can't because I haven't been invited...

Not sure if this will work or not.

Go to Seller Hub > Payments > Payout settings

See if you can enter the routing number and account number of your checking account.  Make sure the name on the checking account is exactly identical to the name on your ebay account.  It's much easier to make the change on the ebay account, which I had to do as I use my first name on all banking info, but my middle name everywhere else.  Also, make sure you have a physical street address as your registered address on ebay.  You can still use a P.O. Box as a SEND TO and SEND FROM address.

Problem is that also doesn't work. If I go to seller hub, payment menu and select payment settings  it results in the same screen with only the 'more info' no option to register.... that's why I'm stuck... thank you eBay... account blocked but not being able to register 😞
