managed payments getting paid

this managed payments is terrible,i had a 500.00 dollar weekend and was sent 17.00 dollars today,with 8.00 dollars coming tomorrow,i was on ebay in the 90s when we had no pay pal or managed payments,it was cash,check or money order.i got my money sooner back then.i have a 3 day handling ,so i quess i have to set it at 4 day.i think ebay is trying to get rid of the sellers that helped it grow.
