issue in shipping and pay

recently I won a bid item and I was trying to pay for the item but the system said the seller would not ship to your location. is there any option that I can get the item without any additional cost? or should I inform eBay? or should  I inform the seller to cancel the order?

Won't do any good to contact Ebay.

Contact the seller and ask to have the order canceled, but they are not required to cancel.

If they won't cancel now, they cancel later for nonpayment and give you an unpaid item strike.

Before buying, always make sure the item will ship to Sri Lanka.

If you don't see a shipping cost specifically to Sri Lanka then the seller doesn't ship there. Don't bid unless you see shipping to Sri Lanka.

I sent some messages to the seller but I haven't got any response.

It's a holiday here in the US.  Seller may be out of town, etc.  Keep trying.  Hopefully you'll get it worked out.
