When you buy something, you can print one by going to My eBay, opening purchase history, using the drop-down menu for that item, you can print or save an invoice from there.

eBay does not really provide one.  Some sellers include a packing slip or as stated you can print a copy of the purchase from eBay.   If this is for a warranty, many companies only honor it if it was purchased from a factory dealer.
