a customer started up a case with paypal for inr. ebay put a hold on funds weeks ago. customer has found a way to contact me and weve been talking through this whole thing. ebay started a case put my funds on hold and then i finally just hit the refund button thinking this guy would get the refund.
this hasnt happened he has received nothing. funds still on hold. i finally called and wrote to ebay cs. on the phone they said dont worry (they refused to say the word paypal he refereed to it as another financial institution) youve done what your supposed to do. still no refund to customer.
just got a message email from cs saying i need to deal with paypal to resolve this. what the heck????? im in managed payments the payment doesnt come to me from paypal it came through ebay. i had to look up my paypal password because i havent been on for so long. there is no message from paypal no payment from paypal how the heck am i supposed to deal with paypal on this??????? what is going on this is ridiculous
