As a new seller eBay can and will hold any and all payments for 30 days.

Please read about "payment holds" -

Also it is a holiday weekend and even if the payment was sent your bank may not show receiving it yet.

New sellers and any that have not sold in the past 90 days can be subject to a hold. It's often 30 days or less but can be longer in some cases.
