my husband opened our ebay account 19 years ago , even though i was always the seller. he is now disabled and not allowed any income. when i was forced into managed payments, i switched to my social security number. i sent all the necessary bank statements and info and was told all was well. managed payments started sept 15, and all of a sudden i am told that i need to update personal info, even though the page will not allow me to do it. after several phone calls, lots of no call backs, and headaches i am told i will be sent a link to send my photo id. never got the link. told i will be called back in a week, never happens. still getting those messages to update or i will be unable to list any more items. finally happens, now i can't list any items, even though it is ebays fault for not sending link. so now no selling even though i pay a monthly fee for my store. did i mention that i have $700 in sales that ebay is holding because, you know ,they have to make sure i am who i say that i am. funny thing is, they swooped right in to collect my $137 in fees right on time. so they know who i am. tonight i called again, only to be put on hold for 45 minutes, and then disconnected. then i see a message that said, we tried to call you but you didn't answer. how long would ebay wait if i owed them $700? they probably wouldn't worry about my identity then so now i am owed $700, i can't list even though i qam paying a store fee, and surprise surprise now i am totally locked out of my account. can't check on sales or anything else. been waiting for an hour now for the call wait time they said would be 5 minutes. this money is used to pay bills that i now can't pay. is there anyone in the whole ebay organization who can help me.? it's been a month now and i have not been paid for 1 single item. i am a powerseller with 100% feedback and i have never been treated so poorly in my life
