If you mean the one that pays when you make an order the seller accepted, you don't. There is no enrollment. that puppy is automatic. It's the same as buy it now set to require payment right away. There your logged in and just clicked buy this item so you get to choose to pay or the sale goes away.
But with make an offer you don't know when the seller will see it. So, it's already " loaded" so the instant the seller accepts, it's paid. The only way to avoid it is not to make offers. By the way those are and were always binding offers. You were supposed to pay if they were accepted. This just makes it faster.

Auto paid feature for what? You need to be more specific.
If you are referring to automatic payment when making an offer that is accepted that is a requirement set up by the seller.
If your referring to Immediate Payment Required that is also set up by the seller.
Otherwise I have no clue.

I am assuming that's what the OP is referring to.
I have a feeling that this policy is here to stay. Sellers have been plagued by buyers who make offers or enter into auctions with buyers having little interest, or no intention whatsoever in carrying out payment.
Some people sport bid just to mess around and leave the other legit bidders and the seller hanging.
I'm sure that a lot of buyers coming here to vent issues with it wouldn't be happy if the shoe were on the other foot and they were the sellers having their livelihoods played with on a daily basis.
Quite honestly, I'm surprised that it wasn't instituted from the get-go.
