i have been selling on ebay for 19 years. although i am the seller, my husband opened the account and used his social security number. he is now disabled and not allowed any income. i have been on the phone with ebay for weeks. i explained it all and tried to change the info on the account to my social number. no one knows what to do or how to help me. in the meantime, i have had $350 in sales which ebay is holding. i still have to ship items, but no payout. keeps telling me to revise personal info page but it won't let me. every call to ebay goes with no answer. last guy tried to help me twice, was supposed to call me back today, but again, no callback. guess he gave up too. how do i get someone at EBAY to actually help me?

Go to 'my ebay' and scroll to find 'selling page...'; Will bring you to the 'sold items' page, and up top is 'account'. Then change 'personal account' to 'business account'. Wait 3 days. Then 'revise' the 'officers' of this 'business', but changing his name to yours, his SS to yours. Your checking acct. will need to match your name- including any middle names or initials that are on your checking acct., so be sure to 'change' the name on ebay to match that. Then 'print and scan your latest checking statement and grab a check, write 'void, across the front, and scan that. Now 'upload' both of those docs into the place where they are telling you to 'give us your acct' info' on the MP sign up.
