how do i get help from ebay

I have a purcase on my bank statement to ebay , but i never even been on ebay untill today to try and figure it out.i can not figure out where / who to contact  there is no option that i see for this kind of help and i dont want to have to close out my bank account

Your bank should be your first phone call.  Put the charge in dispute.
