how do I fight a "recurring payment" paypal chargeback?

This was a one time ebay purchase of a video game. The buyer opened a chargeback with his bank saying he previously canceled this recurring payment. How do I fight this? Is it ever possible to win?

Do you use Paypal to recevie payments?

Re-read your Paypal User Agreement / Seller Protection

Can you respond to the chargeback with the tracking number?

yes I use paypal to receive payments how else would I get a paypal chargeback if I didn't?

I responded to the chargeback with the order details that shows it is not a recurring charge and the tracking number. I lost the chargeback.
