how I get a refund

I made a purchase in the month of November but I never received the item, I can't contact the seller because it was deleted, could someone tell me how I get a refund, thanks

What was the estimated delivery date? Most likely to much time has passed for eBay to help. You had 30 days from that date to file a INR claim. If it's been more than 30 days since that date, you'll have to fall back on PayPal if you used them, or your credit card company or bank.  If you used PayPal, go to their website, find the transaction and open an Item not Received dispute. Follow the instructions, but skip the part about contacting the seller.
