I hate that there is no way to block foreign buyers using freight forwarders AND YET ebay charges me a higher fee for the "pleasure" of their purchase.
I just listed something for cheaper than the market - taking less in expectation of a boost to views of all my items.
But I forgot that my goods were now open to these foreign buyers. Now I'm making even less than the less I was willing to sell for.
This isn't right.

When you see that a shipping address is a freight forwarder @mycheaperstuff send a friendly message via your the My eBay Messages messages to ask your buyer Wondering if you here in Delaware to receive these spittoons, or will you be reshipping them to Russia?
Simply, if your buyer is one of the 99% honest users of that freight forwarder, they will tell you. Otherwise, if it's a buyer that's planning mayhem, they will be evasive, lie that they work at the freight forwarder office (hence in the country), etc.
eBay has said that they need to see the buyer said the item was reshipped, as the freight forwarder address alone is not accepted by eBay as the reason to invalidate eBay Money Back Guarantee coverage when an item is reshipped after its original delivery.
