Hello eBay,

I am from Pakistan. I want to sell on eBay but I have some problems with the payment method. I am not know how and which payment methods are connected with eBay, please help me. I have not PayPal account but I have payooner account,

Technically you will be an exporter.

You need to speak to EPB ( Export promotion bureau) and if they allow you to register as a business only then would you have a chance to list and sell on eBay.

To best of my knowledge an individual based in Pakistan can not legally sell items from Pakistan to international buyers.

Check with State Bank of Pakistan.

Check with your local Bank's branch manager.

Check with Pakistan Customs.

Check with Pakistan Post.

All issues for you will be down to laws/ rules and regulations that exist in Pakistan.

We in the west do not have any such restrictions.

I have almost 30 years experience of dealing with some very large manufacturers/ exporters in Pakistan   who each produce and sell $100 million or more per year and as a buyer from Pakistan as well as other countries in your region I became aware of if not all then vast majority of rules& laws that exporters have to adhere to.

Best advice I can give you is to be 100% honest as failure to do this will result in your account being shut down.

No I can not and will not break/ twist or bend any rules and or laws to benefit me let alone someone else.

Honesty and Integrity are minimum requirements for sellers and buyers.
