l have  transection problem

today l didn't bid and l never buy item(item number 126531019010)

they took out my money from my credit card account($65.69)

l don't understand how they took out my noney

l never click any paying method

how do l report

l already contact seller and ask canceled order

but they said already shipped 

l was a mailmen l know taxas time 5.30 they can not ship it

just click shipped

When a seller makes a label it says shipped even though the post office is closed when the label is made. The seller has no control of that.

There is no way just looking at a listing causes it to be sold to you. You bought it if it's in your Purchase History. 

When you receive it open a return case and get a refund.
