eBay withdrew payment after Paying me

Payment for my sold item was deposited into my back account but right after Ebay withdrew it. So I have not effectively received payment. 
I tried contacting eBay many times but all the automated questions do not relate to this issue and therefore I am not led to a live contact. 

Can someone please help me. This is frustrating.

Have you looked at your emails?  You should have gotten an email from Ebay explaining what the issue is.
