Hi, perhaps you could provide more information. I see that you are in managed payment, as such, whatever sales you might have had were going directly to your bank. Technically, you haven't changed anything. Your moving into MP made the proceeds go to your bank.
Many sellers often attribute changes in sales to various external events, in this case switching to MP. In the beginning I also got an impression that my sales were down because of that. Shortly they rebounded and I guess yours will too.
You are saying buyers are reporting they cannot check out. There may be some glitches, but since I was switched to MP I haven't had a single complaint from buyers about problems with the checkout. Unless you know exact details, the problem might be on their side, problem with the browser, their CC may be blocked etc. You can believe what they say but unless you have a proof that it's ebay's problem, it is not prudent to make conclusions about your sales.
