eBay is holding payout for over one month

it has been over a month. Ebay is holding my payout. They are not asking me for

Any information just telling me to wait. According to them there is an issue with my “registration”? There is nothing that they need from me. I just have to wait while they investigate. ???

Does anyone understand what they are doing?

I see that you sold a Chanel bag in early December. (It was also sold in October.) 

Both times, it would have gone to the authenticator before being sent to the buyer.

Did the first buyer not pay? 

Did the second buyer pay for it? If so, maybe ebay is waiting for the second buyer to leave feedback. It's too late for a return and for Authenticity Guaranteed items that pass muster, ebay stands by the seller's no return policy.

When you mailed it to the address eBay provided did you add Signature Delivery, and does tracking on eBay say delivered? 

After it was received by the Authenticator do you know when the buyer received it from the Authenticator?

I'm thinking that your funds will be held for 30 days after the buyer received it, and then it will take 2-5 days to reach your checking account.  You should be getting it any day.

Yourr post on the 3rd said you contacted lawenforcement@ebay.com.

Why would you do that? It's only for law enforcement officers investigating stolen items. Inquiries from customers won't  be processed.

The first sale in October the buyer requested a cancellation. I canceled it. Sold in December without any issues until Ebay restricted my account when the buyer sent money and asked for identification.  I emailed them my ID. Now they told me that there  is an issue with my registration but there is nothing for me to do but wait. They don’t know for how long…. 

why would Ebay wait for someone to leave feedbag.  Getting paid is not contingent on feedback. The buyer has had the bag for over a month. 
I contracted law enforcement because during Chet I was told my account is being reviewed by legal team. 

I honestly didn’t know

who else to contact. 

The buyer received the bag in 12/7. From authentication

Everything matches. 

Evay told me that they don’t need any additional in formation from me.
