eBay invoice with managed payments

I have recently been switched over to eBay managed payments. I have looked at each of my eBay payouts, and they all show the fees from sales being deducted before the money is deposited in my account. Now, however, I have received an eBay invoice for fees. If I have already paid the associated fees before receiving my payments, why am I also receiving an invoice that I must pay?

It's just an invoice for your records.  You're not paying twice.

In Managed Payments, FVF is deducted at time of sale. FVF will show on your invoice, but will be a debit/credit transaction that equals to zero.

Any fee besides FVF will still be invoiced. These fees are still due monthly,

These fees may include (but are not limited to):

Store Fees

Insertion Fees

Promoted Listings Fees

Listing upgrade fees *bold title, subtitle, etc*

FedEx labels

UPS labels

USPS APV adjustments

Thanks for the response! That’s what I was hoping—I just wanted to confirm as it says the amount will be debited between the 15th & 17th.
