eBay charges

I’m confused.... the message from eBay that I get when they withdraw money from my account (for shipping costs I assume), says the reason for the charge  was because there were “not enough available funds to pay for what  you owed for previous transactions .”  What does that mean?... at no time have I ever not had enough funds in ether my PayPal or my bank account to cover any charges... so what account is this referring to?  A couple days after the message, the withdrawal for the amount appeared as a withdrawal entry in my bank account... can anyone explain what the deal here is?....  I’m so not pleased with the payment changes eBay as well.. so much easier if PayPal option was left in place... I assume there’s a back story here as to why they did it...

Are you selecting pending payout for your labels? It will come from your MP account then and not paypal.

eBay charges

What it means is the pending funds are to low for the shipping cost. so it is removed from your banking.

This MAY be due to the UPS and FedEx charges that come later than the printing..

If you use the daily deposits this can easy happen and funds are payed prior to shipping billing.

I use weekly and would go longer if it was available just to have a cushion in the system for charges to MP.

Thanks for the explanation... that makes sense... I don’t mind that the funds are coming out of my bank account, but the wording about not enough funds made it sound like something was wrong, and perhaps there would be some sort of penalty... your explanation is helpful....
