Ebay massage me that eBay PayPal Payment Reversed -- Action Required but i already paid the full invoice . I tried to contact ebay to tell that but I can't contact them . Please help me eBay will restricted my account

Because you're in Sri Lanka, that often creates problems using PayPal.

Citizens of Sri Lanka can only SEND money.  They cannot receive money.  Did you have enough money in Paypal to make the Paypal payment?
