eBay 2022 Account Details Update

I received an email from eBay the 16th saying I needed to update my account details so payments could be released. I updated it by sending them by social security number and received an email the later on the same day saying “thanks for updating your profile information.” I have done this several times because the prompt keeps popping up telling me to enter my social security number again, and each time it says “thanks we’re verifying your updated information.” Why does eBay keep telling me to re enter my ssn and how long will it take until I start receiving payments again?

Did you ever get it fixed? I have had that same issue for a week and nothing has changed for me or fixed.
