does the banking account used for payout goes to paypal

hello im trying to figure out if the payout is using my old bank account or paypal or my new one. the last 4 digits are different.

Managed Payments allows for your sales' proceeds to go to a checking account. So, no... not a PayPal account.

You'll have to check your bank records (or account settings) to see which of your bank accounts is receiving funds.

All payments go to your bank account.  No more Paypal payment processor for sellers.  However, you can still pay with Paypal to purchase items.  That also goes through managed payments.
