connecting with payonner

I have had enough conversation on this matter with payoneer and according to them my old account with payoneer was linked with ebay but my new account with payoneer is not linked with ebay and they further say that only ebay can fix this issue. I forwarded that email from payoneer to ebay and requested them to do the needful. Ebay has not answered. I sent 2 reminders but no response at all from ebay. Can someone help me fix this issue

Have you signed up for Managed Payments and attached your Payoneer account to your new Ebay account?

Once you do, it takes weeks before you're approved and ready to sell.

i don't have any new ebay account. my ebay account is more than 5 years old and i joined as a seller for more than 3 month ago. i had a payoneer account which i had deleted because according to my understanding at that time was that my payoner account was not connecting with ebay because  i could not understand the process but according to payoneer everthing was fine at that time. my new account with payoneer is not connect with ebay and only ebay can fix it this is what payoneer had to remark. so your question seems irrelevant to me.

Is your Ebay account and Payoneer account the same type, business or personal.

If your Ebay account is personal and Payoneer account is business, it won't work.

how can sellers account be personal? you are asking me all irrelavant questions.
