changing my credit card from AmEx to another and website won't allow - no phone support

There is not telephone support for this issue - since you have changed no AmEx I cant upload new form of payment on site.  Obviously ebay has a glich in the system.  You will be losing many customers if there is no option to talk to a real person to resolve this issue.
