change bank account on suspended account

i got suspended on an account and i had an iban that is not working anymore ebay said i cant change it and if the money goes nowhere they will "leggaly" keep it. ive contacted revolut and they said they cant re open the joint account what should i do? please help there is over 1k on that account. Thanks!

I don't  think you were talking to eBay.  Where did you get the number? I ask because you can't  call eBay directly, they have to call you through Help  & Contact. 

If your account is suspended you are not supposed to make another account. This one will get suspended, too.

I say you weren't  talking to eBay because if your payout goes nowhere or is bounced back they cannot legally keep it.  They hold your money for 6 months and then they are required by law to turn the money over to unclaimed funds in your state's treasury dept. The process is called escheatment.

Any unclaimed funds in the US are sent to the States unclaimed funds department.

I am not sure where funds are sent if you are in another country.

eBay will not keep the funds BUT you need to find out where it goes.

Im not sure who revolute is either and this may be because this is the US boards or a language translation issue??

Revolut is not a bank, they're  a financial technology company that offers banking services.
