Why can't I pay with a card these days..what is the solution?

I did see one of your countrymen post that they had success using their debit card by linking it to their PayPal™ account, then paying with PayPal™, using that card as the funding source.

Sorry - no link to the post involved... it was some 40 or 50 back in all of these "can't pay" posts and in all honesty, I just don't want to look for it.

11 out of 15 posts are regarding this subject and all from Sri Lanka.

This is like asking a road sweeper to answer a question on Quantum Physics.

Surely you have the capacity to figure out for your self that your question relates to product connected with your Bank therefore you must ask your bank.
