Are you aware that eBay does allow buyers to pay with Payoneer? Payoneer is for managed payments payouts. You must pay for items with a debit or credit card (Mastercard or Visa), Amex, Discover, ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal or PayPal credit.
eBay puts the payment methods in each listing. Do you see the Payoneer logo or do you see the PayPal logo?
