eBay accepts bank debit and credit cards. Your bank is blocking the payment. Contact your bank.

Try your credit card through through PayPal.

Have you noticed it was her credit card not a debit card problem? 3 days ago it's probably been fixed by now.🙂

Why do you persist in saying maybe the seller only accepts PayPal? PayPal is only one of the methods a buyer can pay with.  Look at some listings. There is no listing that only flies the PayPal logo.

Many years ago a buyer could only pay with PayPal, but not anymore. If you see PayPal only the seller must be using an old listing template or a new seller has copied that from seeing it in other listings.

They can pay with debit and credit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover,  Amex, PayPal, PayPal Credit, ApplePay and GooglePay.
