Try asking your question at https://www.facebook.com/ebay instead. There you (and your fellow countrymen who are having the same problem) will find actual eBay employees who will have access to actual eBay inside information.

I'll bet that if enough of you go there and ask what the problem is, one of you will actually get an answer and can return here to post that they solved the problem!

Surely you have the capacity to figure out for your self that your question relates to product connected with your Bank therefore you must ask your bank.
