I’m trying to list an item and it’s telling me “email address cannot be used for PayPal payments at this time” I’ve successfully sold 4 items without making any changes and this error is occurring any help on what I can do to fix this problem?

Managed payments

Is it true that being forced to switch to managed payments will force me to close my store because there are adult items being sold? It says there are to be no listings that contain nudity??? Hopefully, someone can clarify this nonsense!!!
