automatically cancel

Before all these new changes I had to cancel the order after 4 days of non-payment automatically.

I had a buyer ask if they could pay after they came back I said sure I forgot about the automatic cancel so where can I find that settings at? I do remember I can turn that off on the drop down of the order.
