I on ebay since more than 12 years . I am facing problem now to update my account details. Even though I updated the details many times over i still get the message on my seller hub page in red letters that i need to update my account or i will be restricted to list or sell.

 I contacted ebay agents on phone and on chat also many times .Every time i was told they are looking in to the matter and will escalate the case to the concerned team.

But even after 4 to 5 business days( which i was told to wait ) i could not see any change. This is going on for around a month . I still get these messages. Now yesterday I got an email that my account will be suspended if i do not update my account

by 24th July.

What to do now? I am not allowed to talk to the superviser or any other person other than the agents who go on saying the same thing that it will be looked in to . There is no way i could reach the higher ups? 

Please if any one knows what to do I request you to tell what to do ?

Check out this link and make sure you are doing every thing you are required to do. If you miss even one step it will not allow you to proceed.

When you call the help desk make sure to immediately ask for the Managed Payments team. Don't even waste your time explaining why you need them. You should be able to get someone there that can help. It will likely have to be elevated to management there for tracking and resolution.
