accidentally close a case that is not delivered and want a refund? what to do??

I open a refund case and accidentally close case on item that is not delivered. what can i do to get a refund??

If you closed the case, there's nothing else you can do through Ebay.

If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your payment source.

You just ended any help with eBay by prematurely closing the return. 
Your only recourse would be to file an item not received case through PayPal, if thats how you paid. You have 180 days from the last estimated date of delivery to file. If you paid by credit card you may have the same length of time, you'll have to call the number on the back of your card.
