hello everyone.
I am a new seller on ebay and I made all my sales as I learned from ebay academy trainings. I think I've made all my listings and sales properly
Although I am still at the beginning of the road, I have made 20+ sales and I added the tracking code to all of these sales and delivered them to my customers. While I thought I did everything properly, 2 days ago, a warning appeared on my payment screen as I stated in the title.
Unfortunately, I can't connect to the live chat about this situation, only the mail screen comes up and I sent an email explaining the situation, but in response, you can continue to sell, there is no problem, you just have a 5-day review process. Frankly right now I'm scared because I have almost $500 worth of product costs and I haven't received any payment from ebay. I don't know what to do. Can you please help?

1. Don't panic...it is routine (even for seasoned, old sellers)
2. Unless there are irregularities your temporary hold should be brief
3. Based on postings here, some as soon as 24 hours...some in a few days....
4. As far as payments, you are a new seller and subject to a 30-day hold on your funds until you are established
Side Note: Based on what you have sold, I would get my receipts for the products you sold and are selling ready to send to ebay security team though......

My 2nd day is up and I'm going towards the 3rd day. I hope it will be resolved soon. I did everything I said I didn't think I was wrong, duly and according to ebay academy trainings. I have no customer complaints, all products were delivered to my customers with a tracking code. I guess I have no choice but to wait. Thanks for your reply, I'm a little bit relieved.

You can sell anything if you have it on hand and and had pay for it. It looks like you are selling items from another source to eBay. As long as you have $500. worth of bills you actually paid for items which you purchased you should be OK. I don't think it's allowed to sell items off from another store on the Internet. Just my thoughts.

Pay attention to my Side Note:
Since you are selling "New" products.....
Make sure you have receipts (proof of purchase) for the products you sold and are currently selling.
You can also read up on it on the Help Page (Processing Holds)

actually products that I've been selling in my own physical shop for a long time. I just wanted to sell it on ebay, but I think I went through an evaluation process. If they want (I hope they do), all of my products are original and invoiced. At least, I think it will be useful in terms of making this process faster to resolve.

if they want something they will 'ask' for it....
just follow the instructions to the letter

If you're dropshipping from Amazon or another retail site, you're not doing it properly.
