Hello Everyone,
I'm reaching out for assistance,
It has been three weeks now, and my payments are still on hold. Every time I attempt to update my account information, I encounter the same frustrating error message: "Something went wrong. Please try again later."
I have made multiple attempts to contact customer support over these past three weeks, but I find myself going in circles. Each time, they assure me that their department is diligently working on resolving the issue and that it should be fixed within 24 to 48 hours. However, despite their assurances, three weeks have passed, and the problem remains unresolved. I currently have $8,000 on hold, and I'm eager to find a solution.

I have had the exact thing happen also. I have also reached out to ebay and have been told the craziest answers. The last person said, "your account is fine and I see you have done the update so just ignore the messages you are getting. I said what? Ignore them? Obviously there is a problem can you help me? Yes just ignore them. Wow, well needless to say that didn't work.
So I actually called ebay again today and actually had a competent person on the other end. Here is how you fix it.
It's 2 parts
1st go to My Ebay-Selling then click on the red bar that tells you to update your account (if you already updated your account skip this)
2nd go to My Ebay selling and click on the red bar again. Go down to where it says microdeposits click that
Then what is going to happen is ebay is going to put 2 small deposits in your bank account like 3 cents and 5 cents. Once you see that in your bank account go back in like above and it will tell you to put both of those deposit amounts. Then it will be done and you will stop getting notices and start getting your money.
The man today told me that when you put in your bank info, that's just your info so that's why you have to do part 2 so ebay can verify that it is you. It would be nice if they would tell us that.
If you have any questions let me know, I just did this today and my notices are gone

I take those messages at face value and simply 'try again later'. Breathe... you've got till the 23rd. Good luck.

I've been making daily attempts ever since I received that message, and I rely on the payout to sustain my small business.

I don't know the laws of selling from Canada to the other 2 countries.
However, selling that same item hundreds and hundreds of boxes...I assume are from a distributor or factory can be a factor. I think one might have to be 18 years old in those 2 countries. I could be wrong. I think it is sold over the counter(without a prescription). And I know one can buy it at self-checkout. I could be wrong. But there might be one of those 2 countries that don't allow it to be sold by mail. Obviously, selling so many as to maybe another seller selling one or two you got notice. Doesn't mean it's wrong but Ebay is just making sure it's OK...which does take a little bit of time. Maybe check out where it can't be sold might help. Just a thought. Check all 3 countries. I don't see a problem. Just opinions.
And also the selling of trading cards up to $2000. not authenticated might be a problem . Maybe sellers only have to be authenticated if sold from the USA? I don't know.

Hey there, I needed help on this. I have already verified my payment method and I have received 2 payouts before perfectly fine, but it still doesn't work for me! I also don't see the microdeposits part to do it
