I am recently connected to a managed payment system. Submitting or updating my information for managed payments is not possible on ebay. I have been asking for help on this for the second week, but I am not getting any solution. One bank is listed, but ebay has sent micro-deposits to another account in another bank and does not allow any changes to be made. Naturally, I cannot get managed payments in this case. Perhaps the ebay system is blocking changes for some reason or it is a system error. Anyway - I need help! I Contact Customer Service - in response - enter new accound bank data. But it is not possible. As a result, the money is in the ebay account.
