Withholding my payments

I posted this issue about 1-2 weeks ago but I have not posted on community board for years so I may have done it wrong. The issue is I received a red alert that I needed to update my bank info before Ebay would deposit anymore payments in my account. I went through the steps and finished the last step and then got a message that  Ebay needed the previous bank account number used when I received my last payout from them. However the account number has never changed so I send them the same account number that was used and then they tell me the account number is invalid. It is NOT.  There is no way I have found to message a real person and the AI helper just tells me to do everything I have already done. Am I ever going to get what Ebay owes me?

You do NOT enter your entire CHECKING ACCOUNT number (ONLY routing#).   If you are still having problems go to HELP screen and type "request callback".

EBAY will continue to hold your money until you solve problem with bank account.    If not solved, after 6 months, your money will be sent to your state "unclaimed money".   You will have to apply to your state to retrieve your money.

Banking routing number should be connected to the debit credit card you used.

I suggets visiting the bank in person and ask clerk the routing number. That's what I did years ago.

I have payments going to my checking account and I checked at bank today but they said I have the right routing number and account number is same. Ebay just keeps telling me I am giving them an invalid checking account number. But that is false. I have had the checking account just for Ebay since 2021.
