Have a feeling that, at some point, someone suggested you might seek help here rather than contacting eBay.  Depending upon what your issue is, we may be able to help.  We cannot, of course, see any details about your account, but we can suggest ways to handle some issues with buyers.  Hopefully, you will take the advice of others about contacting eBay reps via Facebook.

How far do you get?

What does the screen show when you get as far as you can?

The help you get here will be more accurate and will be faster than calling eBay. 

If you don’t want to talk to us, you can try contacting eBay For Business on Facebook. 
They are accurate, from what I’ve heard. It certainly wouldn’t hurt to lay out your issue here while you wait for them to get back to you on Facebook.

I assume this has something to do with your very first post (here). Do you have some kind of problem with Managed Payments, getting your bank info uploaded, something like that?
