Do any of you amazing fellow sellers happen to know if the new managed payment program has changed the way my outstanding E-bay invoice will be paid? I have always had it set up for "automatic payment" from Paypal and like clockwork the invoice would be paid either the 30th or 31st of every month. I was started on managed payments 2 weeks ago but my latest Ebay invoice is still outstanding. There of course is the "make a one time payment" button, I am just wondering if anybody else has gone through this and can advise me. I changed everything to my bank account but I left enough money in Paypal to cover the latest invoice just in case, but I do have the automatic payments selected for my bank account. I can't get through to anyone at Ebay, big shocker there😂, and frankly I have gotten the best advise and answers from this board. Thank you in advance for any and all advise!!!!😍

At the time I was opted into MP back in October 2018, I was paying my seller invoices automatically via credit card.
If you were automatically paying your seller invoices via Paypal, you could have left it alone if you had enough funds in there to pay your seller invoice. You stated you switched to having your seller invoice paid by checking account. If that was close to the date the invoice was due, I don't know if ebay would debit your Paypal account or your checking account.
My latest invoice is dated 10-31-20, and my credit card will be charged between 11-8-20 and 11-10-20.
Go to My ebay > Summary > Account > Seller account
and see when you will be charged.

It has not. Whatever you had set up in your Seller Invoice as your method of payment remains the same. If you have it set as PP, then you may want to change that since in MP your money is not going to PP. If you don't, when your invoice is due, it will try and pull from your PP account.

Thank you both so much, I left enough in Paypal to cover it just in case, but I did change everything over to my checking account, so it is very possible that they will pull it out between now and the 10th, I am sure they will let me know if I am "past due" lol!! I am still adjusting to the managed payment program, all in due time I guess!!

I was only forced by Ebay to change over to Managed Payments in June (2021). I had 2 auctions (not a store) that ended before I got completely changed (activated) for MP. MP got activated June 20. My CC always (20+ years) been automatically charged for anything owing to Ebay and after actiavation June 20 I made sure the preferred option for paying anything owing was my CC.
So WHY would I think the June invoice I received July 3 would NOT be charged to my CC as always has? But no. Aug 3 and I get another invoice, saying I'm past due and Ebay dinged me interest. What gives? Payment tab summary shows everything in MP is fine, nothing owing. Invoice area on the right however shows the amount owing (in US$ vs CDN$ (only Ebay.com when I joined; but X years ago forced to choose to list on .ca or .com) 3 days and many hours lost trying to talk to Ebay people... no apologies, no owning up to this issue. Accounts Department, Managed Payments department, 4 lower level reps (because each time CS rep said was transferring me I instead got routed back to a new lower level rep who insisted I explain everything AGAIN) and not one would say why my CC was not automatically charged as should've been.
Make One TIme Payment I did for the amount owing.
Check account next day and the bleeping thing said I still owed $0.01US. HOW?! And Ebay customer service rep had NO answer, but insisted I had to pay for it, and that was not possible from any which way (4 different routes) to the Make One Time Payment, as the US$ option was gone, so could NOT make any one time payment (which lady said was due to be less than $1) and FINALLY said after more than 1hr she could take from my MP CDN balance. Like thank-you for not offering to do so sooner!
All the stupid Manages Payments videos and info and Ebay not once says you must MANUALLY pay anything owing due to anything that finished and was NOT invoiced BEFORE you got changed to MP.
So beware.
