Why ebay helpline is always busy?

As I tried calling +1(858) xxx-xxxx many times but all lines are busy. Earlier last they helped me with my issues regarding account but now I'm not able to contact them again

Did you find this number online?  If so, it is fraudulent.  There is not a dedicated customer service line.  Feel free to hit reply and ask your question here.

A cursory search indicates that number is registered to an individual in San Diego, not eBay.

There is an eBay number for  a few tip top top selling accounts, but for the peons you must ask here or go to Help & Contact and request a callback.

Then cross your fingers it's not someone who reads from a script that calls you back.

You're very lucky that you can't get through because it's not ebay you'd be talking to.

If you gave them account information in the past, I recommend you change your passwords!
