I’ve sold an item, buyer has paid, item shipped, tracking provided, item received by buyer. Feedback left now Ebay is now telling me funds won’t be released for another 12 days????? is this normal?
On this ID you haven't sold anything for over a year. That makes you a new seller in eBay's eyes. They don't look at past experience but current. Payment holds are placed only for new sellers. Once you re-establish yourself as a reliable seller you will see your restrictions lifted like everyone else's. Just takes a bit more time is all. Best of luck to you....
